Beat The Heat 2026

Dear Community Partner,

IMPACT Community Action is excited to host our annual "Beat the Heat" community resource event on Friday, June 26th, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at our headquarters, located at 711 Southwood Avenue. IMPACT will provide food, music, and entertainment at this free, family-friendly event, open to all in the community!

IMPACT needs your support to make this event a success and create a lasting difference in our community! Our goal is to connect individuals with meaningful resources that promote self-sufficiency. Partner organizations will have the opportunity to host a table at the event and share their valuable information with attendees. You are also encouraged to bring promotional items bags, pens, fans, etc.

Table Sponsorship - Promote your organization to a crowd of 300+ attendees by securing a table for $100. As a table sponsor, you’ll receive:

• A table with 2 chairs
• The opportunity to engage directly with attendees and showcase your service
