Dear Community Partner & Sponsor,
IMPACT Community Action is hosting its Annual “Beat the Heat” Kickoff Event on Thursday, June 28, 2024, from 10:00AM – 3:00PM on the campus of our headquarters at 711 Southwood Avenue. This event is free, family friendly and all are welcome to attend. IMPACT will provide information about its services and schedule appointments for the Summer Crisis Program (SCP).
IMPACT will have food, music, and entertainment for all who attend. In the spirit of collective impact, partnering organizations will staff tables to provide information and resources to the community. The tables are at no cost to non-profit organizations. If your organization/company is interested in having a FREE table at the event, please send an email to: BeatTheHeat2024@impactca.org.
IMPACT needs your support to make this event a success and to make a difference in our community!
The goal of our event is to raise awareness of the growing number of impoverished people in our community, provide community-based resources and to provide information about the new changes of the Summer Crisis Program while giving back to the community that we serve.
We are accepting the following donations and sponsorships for our Annual “Beat The Heat,” kickoff event as giveaways to the community that attends the event:
- Gift cards and/or door prizes in $10-$25 increments
- Partner marketing items for 400-500 people (promotional bags, pens, fans, masks, etc.)
